According to art. 13 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter the GDPR regulation or GDPR) we would like to inform you that the administrator of personal data of a client being a natural person running a business is "Szkłoland" Sp. z o.o. based in Gutkowo, Gutkowo 52B, 11-041 Olsztyn, NIP 739-32-86-160, REGON 511490224 entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000107247. The client's personal data are processed in order to implementation of the order placed by him (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) and will be kept for the time necessary to expire the civil and legal and public-law claims. The customer has the right to access his data and rectification, as well as the right to delete data, limit processing, object to processing, the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body. The administrator also informs that the client's personal data will not be processed on the basis of automated decision making, including profiling. Providing the data is voluntary, but is a condition for the conclusion of the contract.
